Refunds and Returns Policy – Saib Fabrics

Thank you for shopping at Saib Fabrics. We take pride in offering high-quality fabrics and textiles. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. Returns
  • when your order arrives, please inspect it while the delivery agent is still present, if you are not satisfied with the product you can hand it back to the delivery agent immediately.
  • The return request must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  1. How to Initiate a Return
  • To start a return, please contact us at saibfabrics@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product was defective or damaged.
  • If your return is rejected due to the item being used, altered, or otherwise not meeting our return requirements, we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
