Track by Shipping Method
🏍️ 1) Direct Rider — Kano (our base)
- We’ll share rider name & phone and a delivery window.
- Track by calling the rider. For areas with access control, please keep your phone on.
✈️ 2) Flight Cargo → Lagos (same day–next day)
- We’ll send: Airline & Cargo Terminal, Air Waybill (AWB) number, receiver name/phone.
- Final-mile: rider delivery (we’ll share rider contact) or airport pickup.
- We’ll update WhatsApp when the flight takes off and lands.
- If the address is far from the airport or the parcel is heavy, we may forward from Lagos by motor park or logistics company and send new tracking details.
🚌 3) Motor Park (Economy & heavy items) – Nationwide
- You’ll receive: Park name & city, order image, driver/dispatcher phone, pickup desk/location.
- How to track: Call the driver using your waybill/order details, then pick up with your order image/ID (small handling fee may apply).
- Timelines: Southern states 1–3 days; Northern states often same-day–2 days depending on route.
🚚 4) Logistics Companies – Door Delivery
- You’ll receive: logistics company name, tracking number & link, and an estimated delivery window.
- How to track: open the link we send on WhatsApp and check live movement.
- Timelines: Lagos/Abuja 2–4 days; Southern states 3–5 days; Northern states 2–4 days.

How do I track a WhatsApp order?
Use your code (e.g., SAIB-0123) and tap the WhatsApp button above. We’ll reply with the latest status and Estimated Time of Arrival ETA. If you didn’t get a code, send your full name and phone number used for the order.
I didn’t get any tracking link—what should I do?
Check WhatsApp and your email spam folder. If it’s not there, message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID/Code and we’ll resend your AWB/waybill or courier tracking link.
Can I switch from airport pickup to rider delivery (or vice-versa)?
Yes, if the parcel hasn’t been released yet. Message us and we’ll arrange the fastest option. A small extra fee may apply for re-routing.
What if I miss cargo pickup or the park closes?
No worries—pickup is usually available the next day. We’ll confirm the opening time and keep your parcel safe at the terminal/park office.
What’s the cheapest delivery option for heavy items?
Motor Park is usually the most affordable for bulky fabrics. You’ll pick up at the nearest major park using your waybill/order details.
